Are you willing to pay Full Fare Coach in order to bring your Dog with you in the airplane cabin?

You are perhaps lucky to have the choice! In Europe, I can’t think of an airline that would let a dog in the cabin (except maybe to accompany a blind person). Presumably it will take up a seat space, you don’t say what kind of dog it is.

If it is round-trip, presumably it is not forever – much kinder to get him/her looked after back home.
