Dangerous lady above me help?
I live in a 3 room apartment on 6th floor of a building in the state of NY. The is an old building itself and the lady above me is so fat that when she walks the floor cracks, shakes and groans and flakes of plaster fall from the ceiling. I am very worried because I think it will fall into the ground and go through the basement. What can I do, the owner will not touch it for fear of discrimination lawsuits. The last thing I want is it falling on my HD set up or ask on my channel Denon stereo.
keep what you have against the walls and get renter's insurance.
