Is the Toshiba – Satellite Laptop with Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core Processor T2370 – Onyx Blue Metallic that’s on sale at Best a good laptop? Does it play DVDs well? And does it have a headphones jack? I don’t know if these are very obvious questions, or if you can find it on the site: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8771313&productCategoryId=abcat0502001&type=product&tab=1&id=1203815723537#productdetail, but I’m just wondering if it would be a good laptop to take on an airplane trip to Holland that I could watch videos on.

Your link indicates it plays DVDs. Well? Hmmm, dunno! (At least from first-hand experience). I’m willing to bet it does. Is it a good laptop? For what you have stated that you wish to use it for, yes. (Shows 4 hours battery time for playing DVD’s.) I recommend that as SOON as you get a chance, get another 1GB of ram memory. (Indicates it comes with 1GB of ram memory, and the maximum amount is 2GB’s.) Windows Vista Home Premium will run a lot better. Does it have a headphone jack?

From my understanding, be aware that if you buy DVD’s in Holland, it will be a different format for these DVD’s, and may not play in your laptop. You can convert your laptop to play them, but you can only do this three times. (This is based on USA>Holland>USA)
